The soothing rhythms of sound will further enhance your yoga flow, with the optional support of Ashwagandha and Ceremonial Cacao to calm the nervous system, bringing clarity of presence and emotional expression through breath.

During this session, you'll be immersed in the harmonious vibrations of crystal bowls, gongs, harps, and song, alongside a gentle yoga flow.
